Choosing a title and subdomain for your help center

When you setup your help site, you get to choose a title, which will be displayed as the name as the top of your help center, as well as a subdomain, which is the starter URL that your help site will live at.

For example, in the screenshot below "HelpSite" is our chosen title.

When you signup, we immediately give you a public facing help center available at a URL like yourname.helpsite.com. The "yourname" portion of this is the "subdomain" that you must choose.

If instead of your site living under our helpsite.com domain, you'd rather it live under your own domain like help.yoursite.com or support.yoursite.com, that is possible also. Just see our custom domain help page.
