Accessing invoices

To access your latest or past invoices or receipts at any time, any Admin in HelpSite can:

  1. Login to the HelpSite dashboard
  2. Visit the Plan & Billing page
  3. Click the "Manage Billing" button at the bottom of the page.

There you'll be able to access your invoices/receipts, change your billing information, switch your billing period, or cancel your account.
