Integrating with help desk or ticketing software
HelpSite is designed as a standalone tool to help you build a great support center.
We don't provide any ticket management tools. Instead, submissions to our contact form are sent via email to whatever email address you'd like, such as email@example.com.
In effect – yes – we do integrate, via email, with all the major help desk / ticketing systems.
