Team Notifications for Article Assignments

HelpSite sends notifications when assignment activity happens so your team always knows what needs attention.

In-App Notifications

The bell icon in the top right of your dashboard shows a count of unread notifications. Click it to see your notification feed.

You will receive a notification when:

• Someone assigns you something

• An assignment you created has been completed

• An assignment you created has been declined

Click any notification to go directly to the assignment.

Email Notifications

In addition to in-app notifications, HelpSite also sends an email when:

• You are assigned something — the email includes the assignment details, what needs to be done, and a link to the article if one is linked

• An assignment you created has been completed — the email includes a summary of what was done

Emails are sent from the requester's address so you can reply directly.

Good to Know

• You will not receive a notification when you assign something to yourself.

• Notifications appear in real time without needing to refresh the page.
