How to Change Your Contact Email Address

If you need to update the email address where contact form submissions are sent, you can change it anytime from your site settings.

Steps to Update

  1. Click your profile and go to Personal Settings.

  2. Select Sites, then click Settings.

  3. Under Manage Site, click on the specific site where you’d like to change the contact email.

  4. Click the three dots (…) and choose Settings.

  5. Go to the Contact Form section — you’ll see the current email address for form submissions.

  6. Update it to your new address and save the changes.

Example

If your old contact email was hello@company.com and you’d like to switch it to support@company.help.com, just replace the email in the Contact Form settings and save.
