Forgot your HelpSite password? No problem. Just head over to our Forgot Password page and enter your email address.

If you're not sure which email address you signed up with, go ahead and enter a few different options into that form. Then you can check each of your email addresses and the correct account will send you a link to reset your password.

Finally, if you are still having trouble, please get in touch with us by emailing support@helpsite.com and please include the URL or link to your HelpSite-powered site, if you have one.

Please note: If you're not a HelpSite user yourself, but you're trying to login to a Shared Password private website that's powered by HelpSite, we won't be able to provide the password. You will have to contact the site owner.
