Duplicate articles between knowledge base sites

Some of our customers manage multiple HelpSite knowledge bases and want an easy way to reuse the same content across them whether to maintain consistency or simply save time.

The good news? HelpSite makes this simple with a built-in duplicate feature available for every article right in your dashboard.

Steps to Duplicate an Article:

  1. Go to your article list in the dashboard.

  2. Click the three dots (⋮) to the right of the article you'd like to duplicate.

  3. Select “Duplicate” from the dropdown menu.

  4. The system will create a copy of the article instantly.

  5. Rename the duplicated article to fit the new context or KB site.
