Customizing search results

The search box on your knowledge base and contact form are powered by our sophisticated and fast search engine to give you the best possible results by default.

However in some cases you may want to tune your articles to rank differently in the results.

The best way to do this is to add or remove keywords from your articles' titles or text. In addition, we give you a "search keywords" text box as a place to add keywords, separated by commas, that you would like considered by the search engine. However keywords that you add into this text box will not be displayed to users.
