Receive contact form entries in Slack

Our help site contact form can be customized to send form submissions to whatever email address you would like.

If you'd like to get contact form submissions sent to the chat tool Slack instead of, or in addition to, being sent your email inbox, this is possible thanks to their Sending emails to Slack feature!

Just follow their instructions to get a unique email address, then...

If you want contact form submissions to only go to Slack:
Plug the address into the setting at HelpSite > Customize > "Email address for contact form submissions"

If you want contact form submissions to go to your email inbox and Slack:
Setup an email forwarder in your email account (e.g. Gmail/Google Apps) to forward messages from helpsite.com to go to the Slack email address.
