Exporting data

Spreadsheet exports

You can generate a CSV export of your article titles, content, etc. at any time. This CSV can be imported into spreadsheet software such as Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

From the Sites dropdown in the top toolbar, go to Manage Sites. From Manage Sites, choose Actions > Export.

Other exports

If you need help or require a different format for downloading/exporting data from your help site, such as a .zip of HTML files including all attachments, just get in touch.

Automatic backups
