Short answer is Yes. HelpSite has implemented procedures and processes to ensure we meet our obligations under the European Union’s (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Customizations to your HelpSite

HelpSite allows you to create hosted knowledge bases. We allow you (on the Gold plan or higher) to customize the HTML & Layout of your HelpSite, which allows you to add text such as any necessary legal disclaimers, links to your own custom privacy policy, and more. You can also disable your site's contact form if necessary or desired.

Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

Both our terms of service and privacy policy are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We don't currently offer a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) nor do we sign custom legal agreements.

Right to be Forgotten
